Mint hill dragons

 Last Saturday we went to get Colton's uniform size at MHAA .  When we got there they told us he had been bumped up and is playing Coach pitch .. 

I registered him for tee ball so I was surprised . Since he was bumped up he had to be assessed by all the coaches the following day .

He was nervous but did great. The fields were so wet so they held assessments at Grand slam in matthews ..

On Wednesday night we found out he would be a mint hill dragon with a green and black uniform... The coaches drafted the  teams 

We had our first practice last night but it was more of meeting everyone and a little batting practice 

Today's practice was two hours ..

Colton did great .  Our team looks awesome ..

Coach pitch is different . You can get out and  they keep score . It is more serious and the practices are harder . Colton was tired after practice.  I'm very excited for this season and I'm so proud of Colton

We didn't know if he was going to get to play because of his elbow , but the doctor said let him play .. He said his arm didn't hurt at all after practice today that made me very happy. I was a little concerned with his fractured elbow and it's his right arm but he did excellent !!!
