Meeting my high protein goal has been a challenge but I've done it most days. I just started this five days ago. With this new protein goal I have to have one protein shake a day. Before I could do every other day.
I work out 6 days a week . One day of rest. But each day is a different muscle group. I have one day of cardio and ab's .
I recently purchased exercise bands for more resistance . I've used them twice so far and I can tell they really work.
I got the go fit ones at academy . A three pack was only $12.99 . I thought that was a great price.
Tomorrow morning I am make banana protein pancakes . I Will post that recipe . I also have a recipe for banana peanut butter granola I will post. I am getting more and more creative so I can meet my protein goals.
