I made banana protein pancakes
I modified a recipe I found online
I mashed two medium bananas
Added two eggs ( whisk )
1 1/2 scoop's vanilla whey protein
1/4 cup milk
It made three good size pancakes

50 grams of protein
425 calories
This is a great way to get your protein in !! My kids tasted them and my husband and said they were delicious :)
