Protein Shake recipe

So if you are  like me and don't eat enough protein a shake is a super great way to add some to your daily routine !!
I have been mixing ingredients for a week now trying all sort of things .
Today I only had a few minutes on lunch so I ran home put the puppy(max)  out and made my shake

Here is this Delicious recipe

1/2 of a banana
eight frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
Four ice cubes
1/2 cup skim milk
Here is your nutritional facts
Protein is around 23 grams
Calories are 220
blueberries made this Delicious

It is a good source of protein and I  like the whey protein the best  but use whatever is your favorite .

It's a lot of fun to try different recipes and  this just got added to my favorite list.
