Aldi and SAMS ..

Today we did my food shopping. I haven't mentioned but I've cut my calories daily to under 1500. So I have to choose each meal  wisely and snacks if I can work them in . If I excercise I can usually work in a snack woohoo !!!
Fish 




First up was SAM'S . We got two different kinds of fish for me and protein bars .. We also got breakfast sandwhiches  for me .The reason I've been eating fish about three times a week is because it is so high in protein . One piece of this blackened salmon is 32 grams of protein and I add a side salad  . My whole dinner is about 400 calories .


I also visited Aldi.  They have the best price on veggies and fruit . They also have grilled southwester chicken that I add to a salad for work days ..
We also picked up a huge bag of pecans and these snack packs .. 
This is the start of week three down six pounds.. 
My excercise routine for now is this - 
This is from beach body and has a variety of workouts . I have two days a week of squats and lunges , two days of cardio and abs , one day  of a yoga class or some other class  on my day off (
(Friday)..
I'm sure as I continue I will add  to this
Work out routine .
