First up was SAM'S . We got two different kinds of fish for me and protein bars .. We also got breakfast sandwhiches for me .The reason I've been eating fish about three times a week is because it is so high in protein . One piece of this blackened salmon is 32 grams of protein and I add a side salad . My whole dinner is about 400 calories .
I also visited Aldi. They have the best price on veggies and fruit . They also have grilled southwester chicken that I add to a salad for work days ..
This is the start of week three down six pounds..
