I thought it would be good to track my journey through my blog of my road to a healthier life.
It starts with diet. I have been focusing on my diet now for two weeks after week one I started exercising. When I was in my twenties I was
an athletic build. After my two boys I went from a fit athletic build to someone I didn't recognize.
These past two weeks I have felt better and more energetic already.
Making a change is hard , I was eating horrible .
The hardest thing for me so far is giving up my Starbucks latte and my sweets.
I've been doing without and it is getting easier . One of my most helpful tools has been my fitness pal.
Love that app. It is so convenient. I just log in my food and it tells me everything . You can also log in your excercise and when you excercise you get calories back Awesome for me!!!
I love poptarts .. In the evening if I have done great and still have enough calories left and I've met my protein I will have a poptart as a treat . I t doesn't happen every day .
I will start posting my protein shake recipes. I've been getting creative .. I will start posting my other recipes too . I'm down six pounds and feeling great ... My six year old said mommy you look great the other day. That was so sweet ...
