I'm not worried about losing anymore just getting everything toned.. I 'm enjoying a very healthy diet right now that consists of a protein shake daily along with a daily salad for lunch with berries.
I eat one protein bar daily at some point either afternoon or evening..I eat one Greek yogurt every day with berries for a snack.. My dinner is some source of protein with a vegetable..
I have built more muscle in my arms and toned them already . My husband was surprised because I am only using light weights...
I dropped soda completely and drink only water and one cup of coffee...
I've got these replenish packs from my sister that are citrus and lemon-lime to flavor my water once a day..They are loaded with B vitamins ...
I eat very little sugar . That has been the hardest for me and my Starbucks. I get Starbucks once a week. I work out five nights a week even when we have ball games I just stay up later ...
I have tons more energy and feel better ....
