I can't take credit for this one ..My sister told me to try it and I did this morning.
You take 1/2 banana
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup skim milk..
4 ice cubes
blend.........
Awesome shake it was great for my breakfast this morning .. I got 26 grams of protein
and only 260 calories ..
