nine pounds lighter and more energetic.

I have lost nine pounds so far with my new healthy eating and working out.
My goal is fifteen and this is week three. I have started using a kettlebell also to tone and strengthen.
I'm really trying to tone up and not lose any muscle. So I make sure my protein is high and calories are low.



I even had a cheat day this Past Sunday... I ate my favorite cookies(thin mints) , a cherry  poptart,a Starbucks coffee and southwest egg rolls from Chili's (one of my favorites)..

I was scared to eat bad because it was my first cheat day and I didn't want to put all the weight back on but my husband told me I wouldn't . I enjoyed the sweets and extra calories for the day. I skipped myfitnesspal for that day .

 So far I can tell I have more energy , and I just feel better...
My clothes are getting big , But I refuse to buy anything until I'm all done. I keep wearing my yoga pants, good thing I have about eight pairs.
