For my breakfast I woke up and had a peanut butter cookie dough protein shake ..
Then I ate a turkey sausage , egg white jimmy dean bowl once I got to work .
It's low fat high protein .
My lunch was a grilled chicken salad with Italian dressing .. One can diet coke .
Afternoon snack was a chocolate mint protein bar that tastes just like thin mint Girl Scout cookies .
Dinner was blackened salmon(no picture)
Yoplait Greek yogurt before I worked out.. . I put mine in the freezer before I eat it.
After work out snack was a cookies and cream protein bar .
I had eight glasses of water throughout the day also and one cup of coffee.
I met my protein on my fitness pal and was under my calories by 50.
I was over Carbs by 2 (not bad)..
