bye bye sugar and sweets

It's time again to bring out the shorts and Capri's and bikinis. I have eight pounds of baby weight left to lose ugh . So it's bye bye to all junk food and hello to a healthy diet of fruits veggies and whole wheat and lean meats.

I know I can do it . But it is hard to not eat any cookies or chocolate.. I have a sweet tooth . I have to get the rest of the weight off and hopefully most of it in the next two months. Colton has a sweet tooth like mommy and that makes it hard too. We love to bake sweets together. I will come up with some healthy recipes we can bake together.





So here goes. I know I can do it.
