Lose 15 in 2015

I have set a goal for myself to lose 15 in 2015 . I am already down 5 in one week.
I have ten left to go and giving up  sweets has been the hardest. I still get a little piece of chocolate every once in a while and I eat fruit ....

I have one cheat day on the weekends . I will probably eat pizza or Mexican food .
I have started my new nightly work-out and I have more energy .
So far so good....,.
