Apple day....

Saturday was so much fun . We drove to the mountains to pick apples. We went to Hendersonville, NC.

We were going to sky top orchard in flat rock, NC. When we got there is was so crowded. So we left and started searching for more orchards.

We ended up at Justus Orchard . It was nice.. The only difference was no hayride for the kids.

Waylon loved being pulled around in the wagon..

We let Colton and Waylon pick all the apples. They had so much fun..
Now I am trying to think of apple recipes...  We saw a snake ...I didn't get a picture of it . Colton was the one who spotted it .. We just let it slither away from us.. UGH!!

Beautiful view and I see some fall color...

It was such a beautiful day .. At the edge of the orchard the view was amazing.
. As Colton  would say this was the  best day ever !!! 

Every time he picked an apple he would carry it to the wagon and then look at me with this big
smile ...
