sandy toes and salty kisses...............

The Ocean was so peaceful and beautiful and relaxing . It is one of  my favorite places to be.
I will plop right down in the sand and get it all over me.. Maw maw said to me one time how do you sit in all the sand .. I said I love it ..  She likes it but prefers to sit in the chairs.
you almost couldn't see the stingray against the sand

The boys got a chance to see a man catch A sting ray on Tuesday. That was really cool for Colton...
This man was fishing in the surf and everyone was watching him. We all ran over when we saw him trying to reel something in . You could tell by his line is was a whopper.. Colton was hoping for a baby  shark so bad. But he thought this sting ray was pretty awesome....

this sting ray was big....
the man was trying to get it back in the ocean..
Colton really enjoyed watching this.. So that night I bought him a crab cage at walmart and it was awful it was one of those ten dollar cheap ones that lay flat .. We couldn't catch anyhting. So the next morning I went to the local fishing shop ROD N REEL and got  an awesome crab cage and some chicken drumsticks.

I used to crab in Florida a long time ago.. They love chicken...we did catch crabs in that trap.

we  went and caught baby crabs on the waterway in the evenings when the tide was down.. You can walk out on this sandy little beach area right off the waterway and baby crabs are everywhere.. That was his favorite thing to do...
big crab Colton was a little scared at first...

we also caught this in our crab trap
it's called a poor man's lobster and the tail is supposed to be really good..
