It's getting hot out here.......

My husband is getting beat up on these summer days.. Last night he said he knew he was slightly dehydrated .. they drink all day long but when you in the heat all day it's hard to keep up ... I worry about him..
We are in the red zone today for air quality and the heat index feels like 100 ....

I am so blessed to work in the AC.....
Last night our AC went out and they were at our house working on it at 10 pm and left around 11:30..
It was a capacitor .. Easy fix and we decided to let them come out even thought it was late because the house was HOT.. I had all the ceiling fans on and we were burning up .. It was 77 in there whew!!

On my days off I take the kids out in the mornings when Its not as hot and try to Come in by early afternoon ..Unless we are swimming of course..... If we are swimming we stay out longer..

I enjoy fall and spring the most .. .
.Colton has a new lizard he caught while visiting his Papa .. He loves that thing .. H named it camo .. So now we have camo and spike...

The snakes are feeling the heat too, I think thats why I am seeing so many I am not a snake expert but I think they are looking for water.... I have talked to others and they agree snakes are everywhere this year.. This morning we had a dead copperhead in our driveway. My brother-in-law thinks it was hit by a car and just slithered down our driveway..ewww

We showed it to Colton and explained( again ) how dangerous this snake is.. Uncle Luke even put it in the leaves and said come back Colton where is the snake we all couldn't find it... They blend in...  Then he threw it way out in the woods. ..

I am praying for my husband through the upcoming weeks because it will get worse as July approaches.. That is usually our hottest month and early August.. Mid August to early September it starts to let off  a little..
