Crowder mountain !!

We visited Crowder Mountain state park Saturday and hiked twelve miles !!!

This is the peak ..

We made it to the peak .. I was so proud of Colton .. We hike  all the time but we

Have never hiked over 7 miles ..

I knew we were asking A lot from a five year old .. But he did it !!!

When we got there we talked about it and we planned  to hike the shorter trail

But when we finished that trail we decided to go all the  way to see the peak. :) 

This state park was beautiful and only 45 minutes away near Gastonia ..

It was such a beautiful day :)
