They have a huge tree in there yard it's a pecan tree. I remember always climbing it . I also remember they always had a refrigerator full of soda. It was still full of soda .

I took of picture of Waylon and Colton in the tree and got a little sad. I will have to find the pictures of me and my sister in that tree. I remembered walking to the john Deere tractor place right beside there house and playing on the tractors.

So many memories there. When we pulled away for the funeral I cried because I was leaving there house and the memories . Jeremiah of course was trying to comfort me . Colton tried to make me smile.

Colton did great . He sat through the calling hours and funeral and barely made a noise . I was so proud of him.

He had so many questions and I said a prayer to help me explain this to him.
I answered every question and if he has any more I told him to ask mommy or daddy . I know it's a lot to understand as a kid. He kept saying I am so sorry mommy .

All of my grandmas friends kept talking to Waylon and saying how sweet and precious he was . Every one of them stopped and touched his hand or arm and smiled at him and talked to him. I'm glad that on such a sad day he could make them smile.

I will miss her but she is with Grandpa in Heaven and I know in my heart she is happy.
