House for sale

In three weeks we hope to have this house ready and up for sale. I have been praying and asking the Lord if this is the right thing to do . I love this house and I love being in Cabarrus County . I feel sad sometimes when I think about moving. We built this house and it was so much fun :)But the truth is this house is a little small for our growing family and we want more land for the boys to play. We hope for  more children down the road :) . I will miss  this place if it does sale. We have a crazy to do list before we put it on the market. I will be working every spare moment I get.

New granite

The whole house has been repainted we have new granite counter tops in the kitchen and a new stove and new carpet in the boys rooms.   I am doing some staging of my own..  I watch a lot of DIY:) I don't know where we will go . We have seen a lot of nice places for sale and have been looking at some land. We love the schools around here so we would like to stay in Cabarrus county or Stanley county.   I hope it sales fast . I will miss our neighbors if we move . They look out for us and we look out for them . I am very excited and nervous about this next step in our lives and I can't wait to see what happens in the coming months.
